Material, workpiece size, thickness and quantity determine the choice. We will discuss working area and laser source with you; a material test helps make the decision.
Can I arrange a material test?+
Yes. Agree the file, sample and desired result with us first. We will discuss the scope and how to share the results.
What is included in delivery and training?+
Transport, unloading, access, installation and training are agreed for your location in the quotation. Please send the postcode and installation details.
What warranty applies?+
Machine and laser source warranty terms are set out in writing for the quoted configuration. Ask about the conditions for your particular model.
How do I get technical support?+
Send the model, serial number and a description of the issue. Our team in Poland will discuss diagnosis, remote support, parts or further service work with you.
